Preparing For a Great Studio Portrait Session

I get it….you are nervous and excited at the same time. You are excited about the possibility of amazing images and having a fun time creating them…but you’re nervous about at the “what ifs”. What if I bring the wrong clothes…what if I forget some great accessories…what if my makeup, hair etc, isn’t right, what if….. It’s an exhausting set of “what ifs”.

What if…..there were a great way to eliminate the “what ifs” of your photo session?

I specialize in contemporary fashion portraiture. My goal is to create the best image you have ever seen of yourself. I have a wonderful team to help you through your session. I have a number of resources that will help you come prepared and confident. We start with a consultation/planning session. We can do this in person or on zoom. We discuss your style and what wardrobe you have and what I have that you can use. We will plan your wardrobe from head to toe, from accessories to foundation.

In your consultation we will consider what colors look best on you, discuss makeup and hair options, pick your most flattering clothes, and make sure you have a plan from head to toe for each outfit.

I will send you a check list to help you organize everything. On the day of your session my assistant will help you layout and organize your outfits, and my hair and makeup artists will get to work pampering you and getting you ready. On set we will work with you to pose you so you don’t have to worry about that. It’s all handled.

All you have to do is be prepared for how seriously gorgeous you are going to look and feel! My goal is to give you that magazine style photoshoot experience, and make you fall in love with yourself all over again.
