What Happens If You Can’t Make It to Our Wedding?
One of the biggest concerns couples have when booking a wedding photographer is, “What happens if you can’t be there?” While I take my responsibility as your photographer very seriously and prioritize my health and well-being with daily exercise and a healthy lifestyle, life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way.
A Strong Commitment to Your Wedding
With over 16 years of experience, I have never missed a wedding except for one extreme and unexpected situation—waking up in the hospital with a brain tumor nine years ago, the morning of a wedding. Even in that moment, I understood how critical it was for my couple to have a professional photographer present, so I called upon my strong network of trusted photographers, and a highly skilled colleague stepped in to capture their day beautifully.
My Backup Plan: A Reliable Network of Professionals
I believe in building relationships, not just competition, and I maintain a close network of experienced wedding photographers—both peers and those I mentor and coach. If an emergency ever arises, I have a strong, trusted team I can call on to ensure you have a talented professional there to capture your wedding, seamlessly and without added stress to you.
How I Ensure a Smooth Transition
Immediate Communication: If an emergency were ever to occur, I would notify you immediately and provide you with a plan of action.
A Trusted Replacement: I work only with highly skilled photographers whose style aligns with mine, ensuring consistency in your images.
Editing & Final Delivery: If a replacement photographer steps in, I still handle the editing and delivery of your images to maintain the quality and style you booked me for.
Peace of Mind for Your Big Day
While emergencies are rare, you can rest assured knowing that I have a proven system in place to protect your wedding memories. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and I am fully committed to making sure it is documented beautifully—no matter what.
